Marty Judge Joins Panel at the NJSBA’s 2018 Environmental Law Forum

Marty M. Judge, shareholder and chair of Flaster Greenberg PC’s Environmental Law and Real Estate and Land Use Departments, recently joined a panel of environmental experts to discuss popular topics at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section’s annual Environmental Law Forum. The forum was a three-day event held on June 22-24th in Cape May, New Jersey and was sponsored by the NJSBA Environmental Law Section and NJICLE.

The event examined topics such as environmental insurance updates, New Jersey’s energy future, emerging contaminants and much more. Judge spoke on the “Equitable Allocations and Cleanup of Complex Sediment Sites- Legal and Technical Perspectives” panel, and his particular topic discussed natural resource damages at complex sediment sites, including:
