Marty Judge On Panel Discussing Site Remediation Reform Act

On June 9, 2010, Marty Judge, a shareholder in the Environmental Department of Flaster Greenberg PC, participated in a panel discussion related to the newly enacted New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Site Remediation and Reform Act (SRRA). The half-day program, held at the NJ DEP offices, was jointly sponsored by the NJ and PA Society of Women Environmental Professionals (SWEP).

In addition to Judge, a cadre of experts completed the panel, including scientists, environmental leaders and representatives from the LSRP Professional Association.  Also participating was Irene Kropp, Deputy Commissioner for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

Judge, who is a former Deputy Assistant District Attorney for the State of New Jersey representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, spoke about the new regulatory framework under the SRRA and the possible issues and pitfalls facing regulators.
