Marty Judge to Join Panel at LSRP Seminar

Marty M. Judge, shareholder in the Environmental Law Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg PC, has been selected by the Continuing Education for Environmental Professionals initiative of Montclair University to join a panel of environmental  experts to discuss hot topics for LSRPs  at the upcoming “The LSRP: The Obligations, The Requirements and Professional Judgment” seminar on November 25th in Bordentown, New Jersey. 

This seminar will examine the legal and regulatory requirements, the opportunities to use professional judgment, and examines cases where professional judgment was employed. A panel of LSRPs, attorneys, and NJDEP representatives will give their views on the appropriate use of professional judgment.

Judge is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, once representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, who now focuses his practice on environmental litigation, compliance and counseling in private practice.

The seminar will take place on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Eco Complex in Bordentown,  New Jersey, and has been approved for 6.5 Regulatory NJ LSRP CECs and 6.5 NJ PE CPCs. For more information, or to register, click here.
