The program covered key developments in same-sex marriage, LGBT employment law and employee benefits and discussed where the evolution in LGBT-related workplace rights may be headed.
Homans practices labor and employment law, concentrating on the litigation of workplace disputes and pre-litigation advice to employers and employees, including matters relating to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, non-compete agreements, wage payment, overtime, family and medical leave, and breach of contract.
