Michael Homans to Join PBI Panel on Commercial Contracts

Michael D. Homans, shareholder in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg PC,  has been selected by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) to participate as a panelist at the Understanding Damages & Indemnities in Commercial Contracts seminar. He will join a panel of experts in commercial contracts, which include: Professor Amelia H. Boss; William H. Clark, Jr., Esq.; Peter J. Ennis Esq.; Daniel W. Krane, Esq.; and Stephanie Winer Schreiber Esq.

Homans will present the segment entitled “Damages Under Employment and Consulting Agreements,” covering all aspects of damages in relation to employment and consulting contracts.

Homans practices labor and employment law, concentrating on the litigation of workplace disputes and pre-litigation advice to employers and employees, including matters relating to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, non-compete agreements, wage payment, overtime, family and medical leave, and breach of contract.
