Michael D. Homans, chair of Litigation, Labor and Employment at Flaster Greenberg PC in Philadelphia, has been selected by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) to participate as a panelist with Jennifer Bell, partner at Bell & Bell LLP in Philadelphia, at “The Who, What & How of Handling Age Discrimination Cases” seminar at PBI’s 23rd Annual Employment Law Institute.

Homans practices labor and employment law, concentrating on the litigation of workplace disputes and pre-litigation advice to employers and employees, including matters relating to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and non-compete agreements.
