Mitchell Kizner Presents at NBI’s Top Challenges in Legal Ethics Seminar

Mitchell Kizner, shareholder in the Environmental Law Department  and General Counsel of Flaster Greenberg PC, was selected by the National Business Institute to present on case delays and insufficient client communications at their December 15th “Legal Ethics: Top Challenges” seminar, which was held at Caesar’s Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ. 

Kizner focuses his practice on environmental and insurance litigation. He represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters as part of his active litigation and commercial law practice. He is also a past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Environmental Law Section.
