Mitchell Kizner to Join Panel at NJSBA CLE Seminar

Mitchell H. Kizner, shareholder in the Litigation and Environmental Law Practice Groups at Flaster Greenberg PC, has been tapped by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) to join a panel of several of New Jersey’s environmental attorneys and legislators to discuss the latest environmental and energy legislation and proposed legislation in New Jersey at the next NJSBA CLE seminar on April 4, 2012 at 6 PM.

Kizner represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters. He is also a member of the Alternative and Renewable Energy Industry Group, and represents clients engaged in business ventures in emerging green energy fields such as solar, wind, geothermal, cogeneration, biofuels and biomass. Kizner is also General Counsel to the firm.

The program will take place on April 4, 2012 at the NJ Law Center in Brunswick, New Jersey and has been approved for New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania CLE credits. For additional information on this event, or to register, please visit click here.
