Mitchell Kizner to Moderate the NJSBA 2013 Review of Environmental Law Program

Mitchell Kizner, shareholder in the Environmental Law Department and General Counsel of Flaster Greenberg PC, has been tapped by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) to participate as a moderator and panelist at an upcoming seminar, which will be held on December 18 at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

The program, entitled “2013 Review of New Jersey Environmental Law,” will provide attendees with information about recent developments in environmental law in New Jersey as well as identify how others may be implemented during the coming year. Attorneys Daniele Cervino, Lewis Goldshore, Craig Huber, Raymond Papperman and State Senator Robert Smith will also serve as panelists. Mr. Kizner will speak on ethics for the environmental practitioner.

Kizner focuses his practice on environmental and insurance litigation. He represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters as part of his active litigation and commercial law practice. He is also the immediate past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Environmental Law Section. 

The program will take place on Wednesday, December 18 at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey and has been approved for 4.5 CLE credits. For additional information on the event, or to register, click here.
