Flaster Greenberg attorney Steven S. Poulathas earned an LL.M (Master of Laws) in Taxation from Villanova University in July, 2010.
The LL.M is an internationally recognized postgraduate law degree that is pursued subsequent to earning a JD degree. An LL.M in Taxation provides an attorney with a more in-depth knowledge of the law and advanced practical skills that can be applied to identify issues and solve problems, as well as emphasizes strong ethical and professional responsibility.
Mr. Poulathas is a member of the Taxation, Business & Corporate, Healthcare and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups. He focuses on counseling and representing individuals and companies in tax planning, compliance and controversy with both federal and state taxing authorities.
