Zuckerman, Vidal "Talk Tax" To Judges at NJ Annual Judicial College

Flaster Greenberg PC shareholders Alan H. Zuckerman and Renee C. Vidal will present "Analyzing Tax Returns: The Obvious and the Hidden," on November 24, 2009 at the annual New Jersey Judicial College.  

The New Jersey Judicial College is a two and a half day educational program held annually to provide judges with a wide range of academic programs to keep abreast of developments in the law and judicial administration.

Mr. Zuckerman and Ms. Vidal will provide instruction on the basics and the nuances of interpreting tax returns for individuals, sole proprietors, and a variety of business entities. They will also discuss how to obtain a complete and accurate financial picture of the individual or entity utilizing the tax return and other pertinent financial documents.

Mr. Zuckerman is a tax attorney as well as a Certified Public Accountant. His practice focuses on federal and state taxation; business and corporate transactions; mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies; estate planning and administration; and health care law. Ms. Vidal, who holds an LLM in taxation in addition to her law degree, concentrates her practice in estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law.
