Flaster Greenberg Shareholder Daniel Markind recently served as a panelist at the Airports Council International - North America (ACI-NA) Environmental Affairs Committee Meeting where he discussed tax credit and financing programs available to airports that wish to implement renewable energy projects. The ACI-NA’s Environmental Affairs Committee is responsible for the development and implementation of ACI-NA environmental policy positions on issues such as noise, air quality, water quality, waste management, wildlife, and environmental review processes.

Dan is the former General Counsel of the Philadelphia International Airport. Currently, he serves as outside general counsel and outside specialty counsel to numerous airports both in the Northeast and across the nation. Additionally, he represents companies that are involved in aviation-related activities.
