Bernard Devieux Accepted Into ACG University Program

Flaster Greenberg associate Bernard C. Devieux was selected as one of 40 up-and-coming M&A dealmakers to be accepted into the ACG University program, run by the local Philadelphia chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.  ACGU provides a seven-week in-depth education program paired with social and networking events for young M&A professionals and the broader ACG community.

Bernard is an associate in the firm’s Business and Corporate Law Department, where he advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters. He is also a member of the Firm’s Crowdfunding practice group.  Devieux earned his J.D. cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at an international corporate law firm and a national corporate governance boutique. Most recently, Bernard was named to the Top Attorney List for Securities by SJ Magazine in 2017.
