Flaster Greenberg Aviation & Energy Law Attorney Daniel B. Markind is participating in an engaging panel discussion at the Airports Council International - North America (ACI-NA) 2023 Legal Affairs Spring Conference in Aventura, Florida on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
The Spring Conference brings together airport legal professionals and consultants to identify and discuss the most pressing legal developments and issues associated with the airport industry. Markind will participate in a session titled “Electricity, Hydrogen and Other New Sources of Energy,” which will assess how the move to cleaner energy is impacting infrastructure, business models, and legal arrangements at airports. The panelists will answer questions such as How can airports make the most of these coming changes? Where are the legal land minds? What is the role of the airport attorney?
Taking the national stage with Markind are William Wright from Edmonton Regional Airports Authority, Sarah Keane from Kaplan, Kirsch & Rockwell, and Peter Pierotti from the City of Albuquerque Aviation Department.
