Flaster Greenberg is a proud sponsor of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) Philadelphia Founders Brunch, which took place in October 2023 at The Legacy Club at Woodcrest. The ADL recognized Adam Barker, Esq., Sherman Silverstein, and Gail & Harvey Shapiro with the Sigmund Livingston Awards for Rising Star, Corporate Citizenship, and Lifetime Achievement respectively.
“With the war in Israel and rise in antisemitism we are proud our firm prioritizes support for the ADL whose mission is to fight antisemitism and seek justice and fair treatment for all," said Doug Stanger, Flaster Greenberg Bankruptcy Shareholder.
Adam Gersh, Labor and Employment Shareholder added, "It was a privilege joining my friends, colleagues, and the South Jersey community to honor the deserving recipients of the ADL’s Sigmund Livingston Award. The work of fighting antisemitism and all other forms of hate is vital and I’m proud of Flaster Greenberg PC’s longstanding support of the ADL and its work."
ADL is a leading anti-hate organization. Founded in 1913 in response to an escalating climate of anti-Semitism and bigotry, its timeless mission is to protect the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment to all. Today, ADL continues to fight all forms of hate with the same vigor and passion. A global leader in exposing extremism, delivering anti-bias education and fighting hate online, ADL’s ultimate goal is a world in which no group or individual suffers from bias, discrimination or hate.
ADL Philadelphia works to accomplish this mission in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware.
