Flaster Greenberg Welcomes Intellectual Property Attorney Laura Lipschutz

Intellectual Property Attorney Laura Lipschutz has joined Flaster Greenberg as an associate in its Intellectual Property Department. Lipschutz will be headquartered in the firm’s Conshohocken, PA, office where she will focus her practice on domestic and international trademark, copyright, and unfair competition matters, including developing brand strategies, trademark prosecution and maintenance, licensing, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.

She has years of experience in the field -- dating back to before she even went to law school. We know our clients will benefit from her experience and practical approach to protecting their valuable intellectual property.”

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg in February 2024, Lipschutz was an associate attorney at Cozen O’Connor in Philadelphia.

Lipschutz is barred in Pennsylvania, earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law. While in law school, Lipschutz served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs.
