Intellectual Property Attorney Laura Lipschutz has joined Flaster Greenberg as an associate in its Intellectual Property Department. Lipschutz will be headquartered in the firm’s Conshohocken, PA, office where she will focus her practice on domestic and international trademark, copyright, and unfair competition matters, including developing brand strategies, trademark prosecution and maintenance, licensing, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.
Jordan LaVine, Co-Managing Shareholder and Trademark Attorney said, “We’re thrilled to add Laura to our growing trademark and copyright practice. She has years of experience in the field -- dating back to before she even went to law school. We know our clients will benefit from her experience and practical approach to protecting their valuable intellectual property.”
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg in February 2024, Lipschutz was an associate attorney at Cozen O’Connor in Philadelphia.
