Flaster Greenberg is proud to announce the election of Shareholder Mariel Giletto to the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. Giletto, a life-long Burlington County resident, began a two-year term on January 1, 2024, and was officially installed onto the all-volunteer board with nine other Burlington County business professionals at the Chamber’s Annual Installation & Recognition Dinner held on January 29, 2024, at The Madison in Riverside, NJ.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Giletto will help recruit new members, participate in meetings and strategy discussions, advocate for businesses in Burlington County and South Jersey.
Giletto adds, “As a life-long Burlington County resident, I am passionate about the County and its economic vitality. I look forward to working with President Kristi Howell, her staff, and the other board members to further the Chamber’s mission and help businesses in our area flourish.”

Giletto is a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Business and Corporate Law Department and chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She focuses her practice on representing and advising companies through all aspects of the business life cycle, beginning with business formation, growth and investment strategy including financing and real estate transactions, corporate governance and compliance, to the wind-down and dissolution processes. She works alongside business owners and their C-level managers to develop efficient processes to protect, prevent, and solve the challenges many businesses encounter and has counseled a range of businesses from small, local businesses and start-ups to large, publicly traded companies.
Giletto is also the Chair of the Rancocas Woods Business Association, a non-profit organization whose mission is to revitalize the Rancocas Woods business district in Mount Laurel, Burlington County, NJ.
