H. Matthew Taylor has joined Flaster Greenberg as a shareholder in the Litigation Department and Labor and Employment Practice Group.
Taylor focuses his practice on employment and commercial litigation, wage and hour issues, contract disputes, business torts, trade secrets and restrictive covenant matters as well as class action defense. He counsels clients in matters pending across the country and regularly handles all aspects of litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Taylor represents private and public businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies. He also counsels clients on a broad range of employment and labor law matters.

Before joining Flaster Greenberg in March 2025, Taylor spent nearly a decade practicing law at a full-service AmLaw 100 firm. He received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University - Delaware Law School and a B.A. in government and politics from University of Maryland – College Park.
Taylor will be based out of the firm’s Cherry Hill, NJ office.
