Philly Gun Shop Ban Doesn't Flout 2nd Amendment
Shareholder Meghan Finnerty recently won an appeal in Pennsylvania appellate court representing neighbors of a proposed gun shop in Philadelphia who opposed the opening of the shop near their homes.
The appeal upholds Philadelphia's zoning code barring gun shops close to residential neighborhoods and states that it does not violate a shooting range's Second Amendment rights.
Meghan adds, "The members of the neighborhood association are heartened by the court’s common sense decision."
