Flaster Greenberg Shareholder Tami Bogutz Steinberg has been named to the 2024 Power 50 in Law list by NJBIZ for the sixth year in a row and ranked #9 overall. The annual list highlights the 50 most influential attorneys in private practice, public service, corporate law departments and nonprofit organizations in the state of New Jersey.
As one of the leading business and corporate attorneys in the South Jersey-Philadelphia region, Steinberg is a perennial presence on NJBIZ’s Law Power 50 list. This year, the Flaster Greenberg PC shareholder is marking her sixth year in a row as an honoree.
At the full-service, commercial business law firm’s Cherry Hill office, Steinberg chairs the business and corporate development group. Her practice focuses on M&A, representing buyers and sellers of middle market businesses in various industries. She also represents businesses in bank financings, joint ventures, partnership and shareholder transactions, contracting, dispute resolutions, corporate governance and business counseling, and often serves as outside general counsel to clients.
Additionally, Steinberg serves on Flaster Greenberg’s board of directors and is an active member of the women’s advisory group at the firm, which, in June, was recognized for a fifth consecutive year as one of NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work.
An alumni of Penn State University and Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Steinberg has also served as a member of the boards and executive committee for the Southern NJ Chamber of Commerce, Congregation Beth El and other organizations.

METHODOLOGY
The power lists are compiled by the NJBIZ editorial staff based on our reporting throughout the past year with input from experts in a variety of fields and recommendations from our readers. The staff looks for people who have gained public attention – and perhaps acclaim – for their professional accomplishments and public service. Each list identifies individuals who, through their efforts, are helping to make New Jersey a better place to live, work and do business. Honorees are not necessarily better at their jobs than others in their profession, but they have contributed meaningfully to the advancement of the public interest through their work and/or community service.
