Two Flaster Greenberg Attorneys to Present at 2018 NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention

Two Flaster Greenberg attorneys will moderate and participate as panelists at educational seminars during the 2018 NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention, hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association. Held on May 16-18, 2018 at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, the convention features speakers and presenters including members of New Jersey’s federal and state, appellate, and local courts, as well as top attorneys from across the state and other professionals. Cutting-edge topics, insightful presentations and thought provoking discussions that address today’s top issues are covered in the dozens of educational seminars offered at the program.

Marty Judge is chair of Flaster Greenberg’s Environmental and Real Estate Law Departments. He focuses on all facets of environmental litigation, in addition to environmental compliance and counseling work. Mr. Judge is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, once representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

Jane Fearn-Zimmer is a shareholder in the Elder and Disability Law, Taxation, and Trusts and Estates Groups. She dedicates her practice to serving clients in the areas of elder and disability law, special needs planning, asset protection, tax and estate planning and estate administration. She also serves as Chair of the Elder & Disability Law section of the NJSBA.
