Andrew G. Malik is an attorney in Flaster Greenberg’s Business and Corporate Law Department focusing his practice on business and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, contract and agreement drafting, financings, and general business representation.
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Andrew served as counsel for a privately held investment management company with a multi-billion-dollar diversified portfolio where he drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a variety of commercial contracts, including customer, supplier, lease, quality, and confidentiality agreements, and standard terms and conditions.
Andrew has also represented health care and life science companies in a variety of corporate and transactional matters including buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, financings, private offerings, corporate consolidation and reorganization, and general corporate governance.
He has also drafted and negotiated venture capital financing, commercial, and transactional agreements on behalf of start-up companies, institutional investors, and venture capital and private equity funds.
Andrew graduated from Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor. While attending law school, he was an articles editor for the Rutgers University Law Review, a finalist and board fellow in the Hunter Mood Court Competition, and a Raimondo Fellow in the Eagleton Fellowship Program in politics and government.
