Patricia A. D'Alessio

Patricia A. D'Alessio is a senior litigation paralegal at Flaster Greenberg handling all aspects of litigation support for the firms’ attorneys in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York. With more than 23 years of experience in litigation, Ms. D’Alessio specializes her concentration in all aspects of trial preparation, appellate practice and e-discovery. She has assisted in preparing for numerous bench and jury trials including all phases of discovery, document management, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, trial exhibit lists and exhibit preparation, motions in limine, subpoenas, trial witnesses, courtroom technology, demonstrative exhibit assistance and post-trial briefing. Additionally, Ms. D’Alessio is the firm’s liaison with local vendors who provide additional litigation support. She is also proficient in e-discovery and manages and analyses electronically stored information. 

Ms. D’Alessio attended Rowan University, is an active member of the South Jersey Paralegal Association, Women in eDiscovery and an affiliate member of the Camden County Bar Association.
