Eve Thomas provides paralegal services in the areas of taxation, business and corporate, and real estate. She has 20 years of paralegal experience in taxation and corporate law as well as more than four years’ experience in intellectual property paralegal services.
During her two-decade tenure as a paralegal, Ms. Thomas has performed all varieties of corporate work including corporate governance and creations, dissolutions, mergers, qualifications, preparation of resolutions, operating agreements, and other agreements, deeds, stock transfers, and UCC filings. She has assisted with the preparation for public bond closings and for large corporate business deal closings, and a host of myriad business and tax matters.
Ms. Thomas earned her B.A. in History from Clark University, and graduated from Temple University-Esther Boyer College of Music, cum laude, from their Jazz/Commercial Music Program.
