Corporate Lateral (Shareholder/Partner Level)

Flaster Greenberg PC is seeking a Corporate Attorney with a strong desire to grow our Business and Corporate practice Business and Corporate Law | Flaster Greenberg: Flaster Greenberg | Law Firm & Attorneys with flexibility to work from our Conshohocken, Philadelphia or Cherry Hill office locations or remotely, if outside of this geographic area.  We offer a great platform for an ambitious, entrepreneurial attorney with experience in the following areas: business formation and succession planning, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and contracts and corporate agreements.  Ideally, we seek someone barred in PA and/or NJ; LLM in Taxation is plus. While a book of business is preferred, it is not a requirement.
