The Annual Environmental Review panel will highlight permitting issues that arise under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s Land Use Management regulatory program, including the Flood Hazard Area Control Act rules, Coastal Zone Management rules, and Freshwater Wetlands rules, and also Stormwater Management rules. The seminar will also highlight some anticipated regulatory changes, the Waiver Rule initiative, and draft Future Wastewater Service Area maps. Panelists will include NJDEP representatives as well as experts from the regulated community.
