Flaster Greenberg has continued its lateral hiring, adding two Offit Kurman lawyers to its insurance counseling and recovery practice group.
The duo is led by shareholder Jay Levin, who represents policyholders in coverage disputes involving all types of insurance. His colleague, Jennifer Katz, also represents policyholders in such disputes. Levin will work out of Flaster Greenberg’s West Conshohocken office. Katz will technically be assigned to the Cherry Hill office but lives in North Jersey and will work remotely.
Last year, it added six insurance coverage litigators from Weisbrod Matteis & Copley led by Lee Epstein. Earlier this year, it added insurance recovery and cybersecurity shareholder Arthur Armstrong.
