Alan Zuckerman Appointed to the Board of Directors of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce

Flaster Greenberg PC managing shareholder Alan H. Zuckerman was recently appointed to serve a one-year term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, effective July 1, 2017. In addition to this role, Mr. Zuckerman also serves as a member of the Chamber’s Business Advocacy Committee.

Mr. Zuckerman has a business practice with a concentration in taxation, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions (involving both public and privately held companies), healthcare, and estate planning and administration. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Bryant University.
