Real Estate attorney Jennifer Johnson has joined Flaster Greenberg as a shareholder in its Real Estate and Land Use Department. Johnson, headquartered in the firm’s Cherry Hill, NJ, office, primarily focuses her practice on all types of real estate and land use law, affordable housing, and related litigation. For more than a decade, Johnson has served on the Borough of Haddonfield’s Planning and Zoning Board, and currently serves as the Board’s Solicitor, where she works with the zoning board members to apply municipal land use law.
Johnson’s legal practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions and development including acquisition, land use approvals, leasing and financing of a wide variety of retail, office, industrial and residential projects throughout New Jersey. She handles all types of land use approvals and regularly appears before planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey. She also has extensive experience in land title matters. Johnson’s clients include international companies, local businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals.
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Johnson received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, in 1999 and her undergrad from Villanova University in 1994.
