Harry Giacometti to Present at the 2018 TMA Mid-Atlantic Regional Symposium in Atlantic City

Flaster Greenberg attorney Harry J. Giacometti will participate as a panelist at an educational seminar during the upcoming 2018 TMA Mid-Atlantic Regional Symposium. Held on June 6-7, 2018 at Harrah’s Atlantic City, the symposium will provide active and engaging discussions examining some of the most relevant issues in the turnaround space, featuring panels of diverse leading professionals from the region and across the country.  

On Thursday, June 7th, Harry Giacometti will join a panel focused on dealing with distressed closely-held or family-owned businesses. Other panelists include: Stephen B. Gerald, Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP; Glenn S. Bernabeo, Griffin Financial Group LLC; Wanya du Preez, Deloitte CRG; and Lise Stewart, EisnerAmper LLP. 

Harry Giacometti is a shareholder in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Department. His practice is focused on bankruptcy, debtor and creditors’ rights, commercial law and litigation. Through his representation of corporate, individual and institutional clients, Giacometti’s wide range of experience includes: commercial and consumer bankruptcy representation of both debtors and creditors; commercial litigation in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and commercial transactions, including formations, liquidations, asset sales and purchase transactions.
