In case you missed it, the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey held its first of four “State Of” events on January 31st at the Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees, New Jersey. The “State Of" Real Estate event featured a high level panel of five speakers and was attended by 160 chamber members.
Frank Wisniewski, Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg, joined panelists to give attendees an in-depth look at the state of commercial, industrial and residential real estate markets nationally, regionally and statewide, including the impact on the business community, together with an overview of real estate insurance, development and tax assessments and appeals.
