Frank H. Wisniewski

Frank Wisniewski is a member of the firm's Real Estate Department and concentrates his practice in all aspects of real estate law and litigation involving real estate.

Mr. Wisniewski is a former adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law–Camden, where he taught a class on “Modern Real Estate Transactions.” 

Representative Matters

  • Counsels clients in matters involving real estate development, real estate purchasing, selling, leasing and construction
  • Land use and planning, including environmental issues and traffic planning, which often includes obtaining approvals from, and working with, utilities and local, county, state and federal authorities

  • Represents lenders and borrowers in construction and permanent financing, and financial work-outs
