A distinguished panel of industry leaders discussed the current state of the Southern New Jersey economy in the fourth quarter of 2008 and the forecast moving forward at the Rutgers-Camden Quarterly Business Outlook.  The event was held on October 21, 2008 at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Cherry Hill.
