Business & Corporate Law Attorney Anthony Gruzdis has joined Flaster Greenberg as an associate in its Business & Corporate Law Department. Gruzdis will be headquartered in the firm’s Philadelphia, PA, office where he will focus his practice on business and corporate transactions including contract and agreement drafting, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general business representation.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Gruzdis was an attorney at a law firm with a national practice dedicated primarily to franchise and trademark matters.

Gruzdis experience also extends into drafting commercial and construction loan agreements and documents for asset and commercial real estate sales. In addition, he has drafted corporate governance documents, shareholder and LLC operating agreements, and succession plans for business clients.

Earlier in his career, he served as an administrative and research assistant for a public policy research organization where he worked as a paralegal on over 100 United States Supreme Court and federal appellate amicus briefs.

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Gruzdis received his J.D. from Villanova University – Charles Widger School of Law, an M.B.A with a concentration in cybersecurity from Villanova University School of Business, and a B.A. in history from Franklin and Marshall College.
