Anthony Gruzdis

Anthony Gruzdis is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Department focusing his practice on business and corporate transactions including contract and agreement drafting, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general business representation.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Anthony was an attorney at a law firm with a national practice dedicated primarily to franchise and trademark matters. There he drafted and registered franchise disclosure documents compliant with state and federal regulation; completed applications for trademark registration and responded to USPTO office actions; drafted trademark licensing, franchise, and development agreements; and litigated in various federal District Courts for breach of contract and trademark infringement.

Anthony's experience also extends into drafting commercial and construction loan agreements and documents for asset and commercial real estate sales. In addition, he has drafted corporate governance documents, shareholder and LLC operating agreements, and succession plans for business clients.

Earlier in his career, he served as an administrative and research assistant for a public policy research organization where he worked as a paralegal on over 100 United States Supreme Court and federal appellate amicus briefs.
