Meghan K. Finnerty joined Flaster Greenberg as a shareholder in the litigation and insurance counseling and recovery departments in the West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, office, the firm announced Tuesday. She previously practiced as a principal at Offit Kurman and chaired the insurance recovery practice there before leaving for Flaster Greenberg.

Finnerty told Law360 Pulse in an emailed statement that the move gives her the opportunity to reunite and collaborate with former Offit Kurman colleagues Jay Levin and Jennifer Katz, who left that firm to join Flaster Greenberg in May 2021 and June 2021, respectively.

"I'm thrilled to join forces with the dynamic insurance coverage and commercial litigation groups at Flaster Greenberg," Finnerty said in her statement. "My commercial policyholder clients in particular will benefit from the breadth and depth of our coverage bench."
